Orders & delivery
Where do you deliver?
NorthPoint delivers in the Healy and Denali, Alaska area. Coverage is seasonal, with peak availability May through September. When you set a delivery address, the app shows the restaurants and stores that serve your region.
How do I place an order?
Browse a restaurant or grocery store, add items to your cart, then go to checkout. Choose your delivery address and a payment method, add an optional tip for your courier, and tap Pay. You'll get a confirmation and can track the order from the Orders tab.
How do I track my order?
Open the Orders tab in the app. Each active order shows its live status — from the restaurant accepting it, through preparation, pickup, and delivery to your door.
Are delivery times guaranteed?
Estimated delivery times are estimates only. Weather, road conditions, restaurant prep time, and courier availability can all affect timing. If something's wrong with your order, email us and we'll make it right.
Payments, fees & refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay (iOS) and Google Pay (Android). All payments are processed securely by Stripe — NorthPoint never stores your full card number.
What fees will I see at checkout?
Your total may include item prices (set by the restaurant or store), a delivery fee, a small service fee, applicable taxes, and any tip you choose to add. The full breakdown is always shown before you confirm payment. 100% of your tip goes to the courier.
How do refunds work?
If an order can't be fulfilled or there's a problem, we issue refunds to your original payment method. Bank processing usually means refunded funds appear within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, email support@northpointdelivery.com with your order number.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge before the restaurant or store accepts your order. Once it's been accepted or preparation has begun, an order is generally non-cancellable — but if something has gone wrong, contact us and we'll help. We can issue partial or full refunds at our discretion for orders that can't be fulfilled, are significantly delayed, or have quality issues.
Account & sign-in
How do I sign in?
You can create an account with your email, or use Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. Use the same method each time so your orders and saved addresses stay together.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen, tap Forgot password and follow the steps to reset it by email. If you originally signed up with Apple or Google, just use that same button to sign back in.
How do I update my profile or addresses?
Open the Profile tab. From there you can edit your name and contact info, manage saved delivery addresses, and manage saved payment methods.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, right from the app:
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. This permanently removes your account, orders, and saved information and cannot be undone.
Prefer we handle it? Email support@northpointdelivery.com from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.
